Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative care and follow-up for surgical patients.
• Engage with pet owners to discuss treatment and care options.
• Guide and supervise veterinary support staff in daily operations.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance clinic procedures and care standards.
• Foster strong relationships with pet owners through excellent customer service.
• Advise on animal behavior and health concerns.
• Record and report any abnormal findings promptly.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.

Advantageous

• Experience with exotic animals: Familiarity with non-traditional pets such as reptiles or birds.
• Interest in animal behavior: Knowledge of animal psychology would be desirable.
