We're looking for a passionate Public Health Officer to work in Durban, focusing on developing health strategies and conducting community health outreach. Your role will involve engaging with diverse communities and ensuring that health services meet the needs of the population.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee community health programs.
• Analyze health data to identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with community members to assess health needs.
• Create and deliver public health education and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
• Lead outreach efforts to increase health service accessibility.
• Prepare health reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public health or community health
