Job Description

As a Plant and System Operator, you will play a critical role in recovering and transporting vehicles and equipment from accident or breakdown sites. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations, providing on-site assistance, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recovery and transport of vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure that recovery operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Document all service actions and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for vehicle recovery.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tow truck operation or vehicle recovery role

• Hazardous Materials Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
