Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to reduce waste and enhance sustainability in processes.
• Design and implement experiments to test new chemical formulations.
• Review technical documents and specifications for projects.
• Develop training materials for engineering staff.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
• Liaise with other engineering disciplines for integrated projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in process engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
