Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial machinery maintenance, a good understanding of safety regulations, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and team performance.
• Establish maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair of equipment breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to align maintenance goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Train staff on safety protocols and equipment operations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Identify training needs for team members to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar leadership role within manufacturing
