• Supervise daily maintenance operations and team performance.
• Establish maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair of equipment breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to align maintenance goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Train staff on safety protocols and equipment operations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Identify training needs for team members to enhance skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Diploma in Industrial Maintenance is a plus
• Preventive Maintenance Expert in preventive maintenance practices to extend machinery life.
• Safety Regulations Advanced understanding of workplace safety regulations.
• Project Management Skilled in managing maintenance projects and teams.
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Expert-level troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment issues.
• Inventory Management Knowledgeable in managing spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Leadership Capable of leading and motivating a diverse team.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting.
• Problem-solving Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)
• OSHA Safety Certification
• English (Fluent)
