Pharmacy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to assist with medication management and ensure excellent patient care. Your role will focus on counseling patients and supporting healthcare teams.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in clinical pharmacy is a bonus
