Job Description

As an Injection Mold Technician, you will ensure the efficient and effective operation of injection molding processes at our manufacturing facility. Your role will be crucial in monitoring product quality and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance on machines.
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Document production data and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist in mould changes and adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for injection molding.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
• Support the training of new team members on equipment operation.
