Quality Assurance Tester

Job Description

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Tester to spearhead our software testing processes. You will conduct rigorous functional and performance testing and ensure that our applications are flawless. This role calls for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results and conduct post-release product evaluations.
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
• Facilitate workshops to educate team members about quality assurance practices.
• Monitor application performance post-deployment and report any issues.
• Act as a quality advocate within the team to promote a focus on quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing Frameworks
• Performance Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of DevOps processes: Exposure to DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Background in software development: Prior experience in software development can be beneficial for understanding the testing process.
