Responsibilities

• Design and implement event layouts and decorations.
• Monitor and report on event budgets and expenditures.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of event staff.

• Coordinate the technical aspects of events such as AV and lighting.
• Maintain detailed event files and documentation.
• Foster creativity and innovation within the event planning team.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on industry trends.
• Engage with clients post-event for follow-up and potential repeat business.
• Ensure all events reflect the brand and values of the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of proven experience in planning and executing successful events
