The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant staff to provide exceptional dining experiences.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure effective communication between front and back of house.
  • Create staff schedules that align with business needs.
  • Monitor and control restaurant costs and manage budgets.
  • Implement innovative promotions and events to boost sales.
  • Investigate and rectify any discrepancies in financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Engage with guests to foster loyalty and community presence.
