Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to steer our online retail strategies in Cape Town. In this role, you will be tasked with optimizing our online presence and driving sales through targeted marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on customer engagement and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall e-commerce budget and P&L responsibilities.
  • Lead the e-commerce team in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Spot trends and insights for product offerings based on customer behavior analysis.
  • Enhance user experience by providing feedback on site design and functionality.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
  • Engage in e-commerce community events and networking opportunities.
  • Develop training programs for customer service representatives on e-commerce procedures.
  • Create reports on sales performance and traffic analysis for stakeholders.
  • Optimize email marketing campaigns to keep customers informed about new products.
  • Drive user engagement through loyalty programs and special offers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
