Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Architect ready to take on exciting design challenges. In this role, you will be deeply involved in all aspects of the design process, from client meetings to finalizing plans, ensuring high quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather project insights.
• Utilize architectural software to create accurate and detailed sketches.
• Present final designs to clients, addressing concerns and modifying as necessary.
• Interact with governmental bodies regarding permits and regulations.
• Ensure sustainable practices are adhered to in all designs.
• Assist in marketing initiatives by creating visual presentations of architectural projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• BIM Software

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• RIBA Chartered Membership
• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with site assessments: Hands-on experience with conducting site evaluations and assessments.
• Proficiency in green building certifications: Experience in managing projects for LEED or similar certifications.
