Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on resource allocation and project prioritization.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Prepare contractual documentation as necessary.
• Nurture relationships with external stakeholders and business partnerships.
• Manage team dynamics and conflict resolution where required.
• Identify new opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in project management

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
