Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Healthcare Administrator to coordinate and optimize our operational workflows. In this position, you will be pivotal in supporting healthcare teams, managing patient information, and ensuring the practice meets regulatory requirements. A background in healthcare management or administration will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of healthcare services across the facility.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to improve patient care.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with health regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for operational improvements.
  • Train and mentor lower-level administrative staff.
  • Manage correspondence and communications internally and externally.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and coordinate agendas.
  • Handle administrative duties related to appointments and filings.
  • Assure optimal usage of resources in operations and patient care.
  • Promote a culture of patient-centered care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management
