We are actively seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication use, collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes, and providing expert pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve medication safety and reduce errors.
• Advise on formulary management and cost-effective prescribing.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medication records.
• Participate in public health initiatives and community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience required

Certifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
