Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manipulative Therapy Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders using various manual therapy techniques and devising patient-centred treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments to ascertain patients' needs.
  • Utilize a holistic approach to create tailored therapy sessions.
  • Perform techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
  • Monitor and record patient developments throughout treatment.
  • Provide training and support to assistants and junior staff.
  • Engage in ongoing education activities to enhance professional skills.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives within the clinic.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Additional certification in Manipulative Therapy is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role
