Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Healthcare Services Ltd. in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing patient care in various healthcare settings, ensuring high standards of care, and collaborating with our medical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality nursing care as per hospital protocols and standards.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals in developing patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, administer treatment, and evaluate patient care.
  • Educate and guide patients and their families on post-treatment care.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Promote health and wellness by conducting patient education sessions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Assist in the management of medical supplies and inventory.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Experience
  • 4+ years of nursing experience, preferably in critical care

Certifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
