Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and diagnoses.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals and groups.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care.
  • Facilitate workshops on mental health awareness and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
  • Deliver crisis intervention when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (optional)
  • Specialization in specific therapeutic techniques is a plus
