Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret psychological tests.
  • Guide clients in understanding their emotions and behaviors.
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques in treatment.
  • Advocate for clients' mental health needs.
  • Prepare and present cases during supervision sessions.
  • Foster a supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
  • Assist with the development of mental health programs.
  • Coordinate with families and support networks to enhance client outcomes.
  • Participate in community outreach activities.
  • Document therapy sessions according to ethical standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (optional)
  • Specialization in specific therapeutic techniques is a plus
