Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with management and employees to enhance workforce engagement and effectiveness. You will drive initiatives that promote a positive company culture while paving the way for business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals and workplace culture.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • Implement talent management strategies to retain key employees.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and ensure training effectiveness.
  • Evaluate employee performance and align it with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee relations strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., CHRP, CIPD) is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a business partner capacity
