Job Description

Join our team as an HR Manager in Durban, where you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities

  • Assess and address training needs to build a skilled workforce.
  • Enhance organizational culture by implementing employee engagement programs.
  • Guide managers in managing workforce dynamics and employee performance issues.
  • Support the development of succession plans for key positions within the organization.
  • Deploy HR software and tools to streamline HR processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR metrics and analytics for strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate relationships with employees to promote open communication.
  • Monitor labor market trends and competitive practices in compensation.
  • Lead health and wellness initiatives to support employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to mitigate any labor-related risks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Additional certifications in HR practices are a plus

  • 5+ years' experience in human resources roles with a managerial focus
