Responsibilities

  • Implement performance management and succession planning initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to the leadership team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5 years of experience in a managerial role in HR
