This position involves assessing training needs, crafting comprehensive learning programs, and facilitating engaging training sessions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess training needs through surveys and feedback.
• Design and deliver orientation programs for new hires.
• Utilize a variety of learning methods and technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
• Engage with external training vendors to enhance the learning experience.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
• Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement in training processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Training or Development are beneficial

Experience

• 4-6 years in a facilitation or consultancy role related to employee development

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Learning & Development Certification from ATD

Languages

• English: Fluent
