Job Description

We are searching for a proactive HR Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues, managing recruitment and staffing logistics while promoting a healthy workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
  • Facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and compliance.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Regularly assess HR policies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure the maintenance of HR records and confidentiality protocols.
  • Develop employee engagement strategies to improve retention rates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role
