Job Description

As a Governance Officer, you will focus on compliance management within Tech Innovations Inc. This role involves developing and implementing governance policies, ensuring adherence to regulations, and conducting audits to assess compliance levels.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee compliance monitoring and risk assessment processes.
• Advise on regulatory implications and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Communicate governance policies and procedures across the organization.
• Facilitate compliance workshops and seminars to enhance staff understanding.
• Develop corrective action plans for compliance issues identified during audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related queries and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Public Administration, Business, or a similar field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in compliance management or governance roles
