Job Description

As a Legal Advisor at Legal Solutions Group, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and support to our clients. Your role will involve drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the legal aspects of operations are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Guide clients through legal processes and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions on legal compliance for staff.
• Assist clients in understanding their legal rights and obligations.
• Prepare legal opinions and strategies based on current laws.
• Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on clients.
• Liaise with external counsel when necessary for legal matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Additional qualifications in Corporate Governance are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in corporate law or as a legal consultant
