Job Description

The Terminal Operations Manager will lead our terminal team, ensuring efficient daily operations and strict compliance with safety protocols. This role involves coordinating activities across staff and stakeholders, all while continuously enhancing terminal productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead terminal operations ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Supervise cargo operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assess terminal needs and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Implement training programs for new staff and ongoing development for existing personnel.
  • Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Engage with suppliers and customers to ensure service quality.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage terminal budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Maintain records and reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate terminal operational processes and suggest innovations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
Experience
  • 5-7 years in terminal operations with proven management experience.
