Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze past financial performance to forecast future revenue and expenses in our Johannesburg office. Your insights will contribute to our strategic planning and help optimize our financial operations. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights based on deep analysis of financial data to drive business decisions.
• Create presentations for financial reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Conduct market research to support pricing and product strategies.
• Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
• Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements.
• Help develop financial policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to provide financial expertise.
• Facilitate training for junior analysts on financial tools and methodologies.
• Support the finance team in any additional tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
