Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Technologist to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation design, working on exciting projects across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the testing and evaluation of new engineering technologies and innovations.
• Prepare project documentation including design plans, specifications, and reports.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and development.
• Mentor junior engineers and technologists on best practices in automation design.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
