Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Cape Town, responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws. You will be a key player in creating a positive work environment and ensuring that our HR practices align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate professional development opportunities.

• Nurture employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest HR trends and legislation.
• Assist with the developing of the company’s succession planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management

Certifications
