Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and have a keen eye for analytics to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store.
• Enhance and maintain digital marketing efforts, including SEO and SEM.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Supervise E-commerce staff and ensure all policies and procedures are met.
• Coordinate with IT for system upgrades and website maintenance.
• Engage with social media platforms to strengthen the brand's online presence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
• MBA preferred

• 5+ years in an E-commerce management role
