• Create and implement staff training programs tailored to improve performance.
• Develop marketing plans and promotions to boost sales.
• Conduct regular inspections of store conditions and safety standards.
• Set performance objectives and ensure that staff are meeting these goals.
• Coordinate stock management and logistics to optimize inventory turnover.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on customer engagement strategies.
• Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve profitability.
• Play a pivotal role in executing the store layout and visual merchandising.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding team performance and operational challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Inventory Management Expertise in maintaining optimal inventory levels and tracking stock.
• Sales Analysis Skilled in analyzing sales data to drive business strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management Highly experienced in managing customer interactions and enhancing loyalty.
• Leadership Exceptional ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Problem-solving Strong skills in identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Retail Management Professional
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
