Job Description

As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and plan individualized nursing care for patients.
  • Implement and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and recovery plans.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing and medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a mentor to junior nursing staff.
  • Engage actively in continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a critical care setting.
