Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Account Manager to oversee our client accounts in Pretoria. In this role, you will maintain relationships with key clients, ensure their needs are met, and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of account management, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Establish trusting relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate client-focused solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services as per client agreements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Sales, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing client accounts

Advantageous
