We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The right candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact.
• Implement client strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on client needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and address concerns.
• Facilitate training and product demonstrations as required.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide insights to clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in tech industry

Certifications

• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages
