Responsibilities

  • Direct restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and staff management.
  • Assess and enhance customer service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
  • Control inventory management, including supply ordering.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Analyze revenue reports and operational statistics.
  • Encourage teamwork among staff members.
  • Collaborate with chefs to innovate menu items.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns for the restaurant.
