Job Description

As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee daily store operations, manage a team of sales associates, and ensure the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and implementing promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store.
• Assist in training and motivating the sales team.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent
• Degree in Business Management or relevant field is an advantage

• 3+ years' experience in a retail supervisory position
