Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee community engagement activities.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and organisations.
• Prepare reports on outreach activities and their effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates to management on programme progress.
• Facilitate community meetings and gatherings.
• Support volunteers in community engagement initiatives.
• Develop outreach materials and resources.
• Identify potential funding opportunities for community projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events.
• Create and maintain relationships within the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach or a related field
