Job Description

As a Project Manager in Centurion, you will spearhead project management initiatives, coordinating resources and schedules to drive successful project outcomes. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning for all project phases.
• Foster relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure project success.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.
• Develop training and support materials for project implementation.
• Encourage continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading substantial projects
