Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at enhancing production capabilities and efficiency.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing processes and recommend design modifications.
• Participate in root cause analysis to resolve complex problems.
• Support the implementation of quality management systems and tools.
• Document engineering processes and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process optimization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement
