Job Description

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for ensuring that each guest receives the highest level of service. Your main goal will be to enhance the overall guest experience, from check-in to check-out. You will work closely with other departments to address guest inquiries, manage feedback, and create memorable moments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
  • Proactively address potential guest issues before they escalate.
  • Create a positive first impression by managing the front desk professionally.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and other hotel departments.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing programs that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle guest payments and process billing inquiries.
  • Monitor guest reviews and respond to online feedback promptly.
  • Build positive relationships with guests to foster repeat visits.
  • Adhere to all safety and privacy policies to ensure a secure environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Higher Certificate in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or related field
