We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our kitchen team at Top Notch Bakery. If you have a love for baking and a drive for excellence, this is the perfect opportunity! You'll be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, from sourdough bread to delectable pastries that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

• Craft a wide range of baked goods including innovative seasonal items.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products.
• Handle baking equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Keep track of production schedules and recipes.
• Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
• Contribute ideas for new products and menu items.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working as a baker

• Pastry Skills

Certifications

• Advanced Baking Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Cake Decorating: Experience with fondant, icing, and cake design.
