• Conduct interviews and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
• Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Coordinate employee development initiatives and performance reviews.
• Handle queries regarding HR-related policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and activities.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate HR qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in HR management or related roles
