Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Lead at Tech Innovations Inc., you will spearhead quality initiatives and lead a team dedicated to ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in defining testing strategies, developing test plans, and inspiring your team to deliver quality software solutions that impact our clients positively.

Responsibilities

  • Direct overall QA efforts to ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines.
  • Interface with stakeholders to clarify quality standards and expectations.
  • Assess and prioritize testing scope based on project timelines.
  • Enhance team capabilities through training and mentorship.
  • Implement and maintain test environments and frameworks for diverse applications.
  • Perform exploratory testing to identify unseen defects and usability issues.
  • Facilitate retrospective sessions to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
  • Manage and report on project quality metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a key liaison between QA and other departments to promote collaboration.
  • Drive innovation in QA practices by exploring new tools and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of QA experience in software development

  • CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
