Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks, assist in operational logistics, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity and security of health information and records.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain and upgrade healthcare management systems.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the scheduling of healthcare services and staff.
  • Provide support during audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Healthcare Administration specialization is advantageous
