Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for our Port Elizabeth location. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and that hotel standards are maintained. You will lead a dedicated team, manage budgets, and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the hotel’s budget and forecasts.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy.
• Evaluate and adapt hotel policies to improve service quality.
• Foster a culture of teamwork among all hotel staff.
• Analyze guest feedback and make improvements accordingly.
• Supervise the maintenance of high standards in both public and guest areas.
• Develop training programs for new staff members.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue from events and functions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel management roles

• English: Fluent
