We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at our prestigious facilities in Pretoria. This role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure a consistent level of cleanliness.
• Actively recruit and train new staff members in housekeeping roles.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team environment.
• Regularly assess and improve cleaning processes for efficiency.
• Assist management in developing and adhering to housekeeping budgets.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
• Provide reports on housekeeping operations to management.
• Assist in setting departmental goals and objectives.
• Promote a culture of sustainability through effective waste management.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant certification in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a similar environment
