We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to drive sales and enhance the customer journey in our Johannesburg store. You will be responsible for staff management, inventory control, and ensuring the store meets its performance targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales and profitability.
Coordinate store layout and visual merchandising efforts.
Regularly communicate with the District Manager regarding store performance.
Ensure a welcoming shopping environment for customers.
Facilitate effective team meetings to promote transparency and communication.
Review staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
Education
Relevant Degree is highly desirable
Postgraduate qualification in Retail Management is a bonus
Experience
5+ years of experience in retail management, ideally within a similar industry
