We are seeking a creative Architect to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility and a passion for sustainable architecture. You will be responsible for managing various projects from conception to completion while collaborating closely with clients and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project proposals and presentations for investors and stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous research for architectural trends and innovations.
• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions with the design team.
• Manage external collaborations with landscape designers and urban planners.
• Conduct regular project audits to assure quality assurance practices.
• Utilize software applications to simulate building performances.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of architectural guidelines and industry standards.
• Champion sustainability efforts across architectural projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of related experience in architecture

• Building Codes
• 3D Visualization Software
• BIM Software

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
