Job Description

As a Load Out Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the loading and unloading processes within our warehouse. You will ensure that all materials and products are handled accurately and in accordance with company standards, providing leadership to a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily load out operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage workload distribution among team members for efficiency.
  • Monitor safety adherence and instill a safety-first culture.
  • Interface with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock for loading.
  • Ensure accurate documentation during the loading process to avoid discrepancies.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns related to operations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate with drivers for seamless loading and unloading activities.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation industry roles.
