As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery that fills packaging with products, ensuring seals and labels are properly applied, and maintaining a clean work area. This role is crucial to our production process, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.

Responsibilities

• Operating various machinery for filling and packing.
• Conducting routine maintenance on equipment.
• Monitoring production lines to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Training new hires on machinery and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent required
• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Languages
